Edenware products are licensed under a Lifetime License model. This means:

If your license key is compromised or used without authorization, contact Edenware support immediately. We reserve the right to deactivate compromised license keys.

License transfers are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as hardware failure or device replacement), you may contact Edenware support to request a license transfer. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Edenware. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the software.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Edenware be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the software.
Edenware reserves the right to modify these license terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to license holders via email or through the software's update mechanism. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
